Skid Engineering is a new addition to the capabilities of AQUASTRUCTION, suited to the Oil & Gas, Refinery and Chemical Plant requirements, by providing optimal design engineering package including Pipe Stress analysis, Structural Stress analysis, generation of detailed fabrication drawings including 3D model, Piping isometrics, Structural drawings and detailed Material takeoff.
Design and analysis of skid is performed utilizing Autopipe, Caesar II and SACS, in compliance with the applicable international codes and Client standards.

Structural steel design, detailing and analysis is performed utilizing SACS and many other professionally developed software in compliance with AISC, IS, EURO standards. The approach is the integration of structural, architectural and constructability into an optimal and functional design.
AQUASTRUCTION’s services includes preliminary structural analysis, design and detailing of structure, 3D modeling, detailed design of connections, producing fabrication and erection drawings, material takeoff and bill of materials.

Once reached the end of their lifespan, any oil and gas platform or pipeline must be decommissioned. This complex task involves a number of highly skilled workers to ensure that the platforms or pipelines are safely and efficiently dismantled and removed.
With expertise and experience for safe and cost-efficient decommissioning of offshore oil and gas facilities, Aquastruction provide services from studies and engineering to removal, dismantling and recycling of platform or pipeline that already at the end of their economic life.
Decommissioning works require adequate planning, manpower and resources which we can offer and provide.
